Our team set out to design and fabricate a custom 20x30 exhibit that would separate them from among 1,300+ exhibitors at this year’s Seafood Expo in Boston.

Seafood Expo North America isn’t your typical seafood trade show – it’s the mother of all seafood expos. Branded as “The Seafood Marketplace for North America,” this show connects buyers and suppliers in every main market category. It’s the largest seafood event on the continent, attended by more than 1,300 exhibitors from nearly 50 countries, one of which was Sixty South. 

Client Needs

As the only producer/supplier of salmon allowed to operate inside the Alberto de Agostini National Park near the Antarctic, Sixty South has a commitment to no antibiotics, no added hormones, and no chemicals in any of their seafood products. Challenged with the task of showcasing these values, our team set out to design and fabricate a custom 20×30 exhibit that would separate them from among 1,300+ exhibitors at this year’s Seafood Expo in Boston.  

The Rockway Solution

Sixty South envisioned a warm feeling booth that would make attendees feel comfortable in their exhibit while also highlighting their products and commitment to sustainable fisheries. With only two months from concept to completion, our team was able to build an experience that far exceeded Sixty South’s expectations. 

The booth incorporated wood grains, warm colors and white accents to give it a clean, yet appealing look. It also featured bold, backlit graphics of salmon fishermen in Antarctic waters to help attract attendees. Our team added a comfortable and stylish wood grain vinyl floor, and overhead accents that kept visitors in an outdoor mindset, to complement the sustainable fishing theme. To cap things off, a high-definition video played in the booth, showcasing salmon farms and fishermen, to momentarily transport attendees and potential business partners right into the heart of what Sixty South does.
