This year, the International Association of Airport Duty Free Stores (IAADFS) held its annual trade show in Orlando, Florida, providing an opportunity for members to meet with potential buyers from duty-free stores and promote the airport duty-free industry as a vital segment of international business. Revlon, a leading manufacturer of cosmetic, skin care, fragrance and personal care products, was one of many attendees looking to use the show as a way to grow brand awareness. They turned exclusively to our team at Rockway Exhibits for assistance in creating an appealing booth to showcase their new products and inform attendees about their company.
Revlon also wanted their display to promote their “Love is On” campaign. The greatest challenge would be designing a booth that was high enough to get noticed from across the large hall. They also wanted a large backdrop where attendees could put on Revlon products and get a photo taken, providing the exclusive experience of being a celebrity on the red carpet.
In addition to creating a visually appealing display to attract attendees from all over the trade show floor, Revlon also wanted a separate enclosed room with a conference table where they could hold more private conversations and client meetings in the midst of the event buzz.
The Rockway Approach

Specifically, our Rockway team included eye-catching and unique elements in the 20’x30′ display, including a step-and-repeat featuring their “Love is On” campaign that served as a branded backdrop for photos. Custom 2″-thick foam letters were also used to make the brand pop. As a result, Revlon had a successful appearance at the IAADFS trade show and their presence was well-known by attendees.
